- Shipping & Delivery
When ordering, our shopping cart will provide the shipping options available to your order for you to choose from.
All items are packed tightly and sent USPS either 1st class / Priority/ either by box or in a heavy duty padded envelope to protect your order.
If express mail is wanted please use the contact us form and we will contact you with costs.
We will make every effort to ship orders the same day or next day after payment is received. The vast majority of orders are shipped the same day, though there are occasional delays caused by the sudden popularity of a particular item or other factors outside of our direct control. If an item is found to be out of stock, we will contact you via email as soon as possible to make you aware of this.
Lost Package policy:
Once the package is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot be responsible for lost packages once it is entered into the postal system.

- Return Policy
CustomLites.com offers the following Returns Policy:
All items are tested before shipping but occassionally we may miss a defective part.
Defective items are allowed to be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us by E-mail before returning a product for exchange or refund. Shipping fee is not refundable. Remember to give us your order number and a brief description of the problem when contacting us.
All items Must be returned in as close to orginal state as possible.
Any item returned without prior acknowledgement by staff or for ANY reason other than defective parts will have a 20% restocking fee.
Once a return is authorized, have your order number written

We highly recommend the use of a trackable service (USPS Delivery Confirmation, UPS, FedEx) to prevent issues caused by packages that are lost in transit.
